Once we receive this submission, we will reach out directly to the fundraising organization that you were awarded the hunt certificate from. It is our policy to receive confirmation from the selling/awarding committee before doing any intro or info emails.

If you have already received one of our Welcome Emails, congratulations again! You do not need to submit this form as your hunt and contact information have already been recorded into our system.
