Included with your hunt with Texas Hunt Lodge are the following:
Two Days and One Night at the Texas Hunt Lodge’s primary 10,000 square foot Lodge for one Hunter.
Fully Guided Hunt with a Licensed and Experienced Hunting Guide
Meals prepared by the Lodge Chef
Private Suite or Cabin accommodations

Cape/Quarter of game
Transport to local taxidermist and Meat Processor

Trophy Fees for One Whitetail Buck scoring 130 - 149”
Archery/Crossbow Season is First weekend of October through First weekend in January
Rifle Season is First weekend of November through First weekend in January
Exclusions from your package are as follows:
Airfare to/from San Antonio, Texas
Ground Transport to/from San Antonio (Can be hired for $150 with outfitter)
Travel/accommodation costs before or after the contracted dates of your hunt
Hired Excursions/Tours before or after the contracted dates of your hunt
Trophy fees for any animals wounded or killed during your hunt, except for the included trophies.
Gratuity to professional staff
Taxidermy fees
Crating/Shipping/ fees to bring the trophies home
Texas Hunting License ($25 Resident or $315 Non Resident)
Hunt is good for Two Years from the Date of Purchase and must be booked
by August 1st of the year you wish to hunt!
Hunts Sales through Gerhart Outdoors are eligible for refund after 10 days from purchase date and extendable only through express written permission from both Gerhart Outdoors and the specific Outfitter. Hunts are also not able to be transferred between parties without express consent from Gerhart Outdoors.
