Owner, Operator, and Outfitter Barry Dodds lives to share New Zealand with clients so much that he guides most of the clients himself. On the rare occasion he is unavailable, one of his children grab the reigns and guide the hunters. This truly is a family business and while you'll arrive as a client, you'll leave a member of the Dodds family.

New Zealand Adventure for one Hunter and one Observer
Included with your hunt with Doddsy’s Hunting Experience are the following:
Four days of daily rates for one hunter and one observer
Arrival and Departure Date before and after your hunt
Airport Transportation to/from Queenstown Airport in New Zealand
All meals, snacks, and beverages
Lodging with Doddsy’s Hunting Experience
Internet Service provided in your suite
Laundry Facility at your disposal ensuite
Rifle and Ammunition provided (you can bring your own if you choose)
Skinning and Field Preparation of your trophy/trophies.
Transportation to a local taxidermist
Exclusions from your package are as follows:
Airfare to/from Queenstown Airport in New Zealand
Any applicable Visas
Travel/accommodation costs before or after the contracted dates of your hunt
Hired Excursions/Tours
Trophy fees for any animals wounded or killed during your hunt
Gratuity to professional staff
Taxidermy fees
Crating/Shipping/Import permits and fees to bring the trophies home
Your hunt is valid for two years from date of purchase, or at the discretion of the
availability of Doddsy’s Hunting Experience.
Reservation Policy
Reservations for our hunting tours are confirmed with a 25% deposit with the balance paid before leaving the lodge.
Deposits reserve dates but are non-refundable.
Dates can be changed subject to availability at discretion of Doddsy’s Hunting Experience.
Hunts Sales through Gerhart Outdoors are eligible for refund after 10 days from purchase date and extendable only through express written permission from both Gerhart Outdoors and the specific Outfitter. Hunts are also not able to be transferred between parties without express consent from Gerhart Outdoors.
