Exclusions from your package are as follows:

Transportation to/from either Merida or Campeche airport

Travel, Meals, & Lodging before and after the contracted dates of the hunt

Gratuity to the staff

Trophy Export fees to a USDA Approved Taxidermist or Tannery in the US

Taxidermy fees should you want a trophy mounted

Weather appropriate clothing

 

Hunting Season is Mid-March through May annually

 

Your non-transferable Spring Turkey Hunt is valid for two years from date of purchase.

 

 

Outfitter will collect you from Campeche on Sunday around 0900 and the hunt will begin that afternoon. You will be dropped back off in Campeche at your hotel Saturday afternoon by the outfitter. It is suggested you arrive on Saturday and overnight in Campeche and depart the following Sunday, making use of a local hotel for two total nights.

 

 

Your hunting trip is valid for two years from date of purchase.

 

 

Cancellations inside of 60 days from scheduled date of hunt will result in a $500 Re-booking Fee payable to the outfitter.

 

 

 

Hunts Sales through Gerhart Outdoors are eligible for refund after 10 days from purchase date and extendable only through express written permission from both Gerhart Outdoors and the specific Outfitter.  Hunts are also not able to be transferred between parties without express consent from Gerhart Outdoors.
