Non-Residents much purchase a Nonresident 5-Day Small Game Hunting License ($70)
and also the Arkansas Waterfowl Stamp-Nonresident ($35)
If you have your Federal Duck Stamp affixed to your home state license, bring that license as well to show proof, otherwise you will need to repurchase the Federal Duck Stamp.

Hunters must call 800.364.4263 to receive a free snow goose registration permit (unless they are 15 and younger).
Hunters do not need a Migratory Bird Hunting & Conservation Stamp, Arkansas Waterfowl Stamp, or HIP registration.
This is a conservation hunt, so there are no bag or possession limits on
snow geese harvested or the number of rounds held by your shotgun.
