Hunts Sales directly through Gerhart Outdoors are eligible for refund after 10 days from purchase date and extendable only through express written permission from both Gerhart Outdoors and the specific Outfitter. Hunts purchased through fundraisers where refunds are requested must go through that specific chapter or banquet. Each has their own refund policy and is the responsible party for generating the sales. Hunts are also not able to be transferred between parties without express consent from Gerhart Outdoors.
